1. Who we are

This policy explains how FX Minas Construtora, an FX Minas Group company ("we"), handles the personal data collected on this website, as data controller, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

It covers everything you submit through this website: the careers form (talent pool), the contact form and the blog newsletter subscription.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what you provide in the website forms, plus browsing data if you accept measurement cookies:

• Careers form: name, e-mail, phone, desired area, experience range and the résumé file (PDF, DOC or DOCX);
• Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), company (optional) and message;
• Blog newsletter: e-mail;
• Browsing: Google Analytics measurement cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie notice.

Please do not include sensitive data (such as health, religion or union membership) in your résumé or messages — it is not needed for your application.

3. Why we use it and legal bases

We use the data exclusively for the purposes below, each with its legal basis under the LGPD:

• Recruitment: assessing your profile and contacting you about opportunities at the group's companies. Legal basis: pre-contractual procedures (art. 7, V) and the consent recorded on submission (art. 7, I);
• Support: replying to messages sent through the contact form. Legal basis: pre-contractual procedures and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX);
• Newsletter: e-mailing you new blog articles. Legal basis: consent;
• Audience measurement: understanding how the site is used in order to improve it. Legal basis: consent, given in the cookie notice.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is stored in systems run by providers acting on our behalf (processors), only for the purposes of this policy:

• Supabase — database and résumé storage, in a private environment with access restricted to our team;
• Vercel — website hosting;
• Google — usage statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent.

Résumés in the talent pool may be accessed by FX Minas Group companies for openings at any of them. Beyond that, we only share data when required by law or by a competent authority.

5. How long we keep it

We keep each piece of data only as long as its purpose requires:

• Résumés and application data: up to 12 months after submission. After that, they are deleted from the talent pool;
• Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle the request;
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Some records may be kept longer where there is a legal obligation or the need to exercise rights in legal proceedings, under art. 16 of the LGPD.

6. International transfers

The providers above may store data on servers located outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer relies on adequate safeguards, such as the providers' own contractual clauses, under arts. 33 et seq. of the LGPD.

7. Your rights

Art. 18 of the LGPD guarantees you, at any time and free of charge:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• portability of your data to another provider;
• information about who we share your data with;
• withdrawal of consent and deletion of the data processed under it — including removing your résumé from the talent pool.

To exercise any of these rights, use the channel in the next section. We reply as quickly as we can.

9. Cookies and Google Analytics

This website only uses Google Analytics measurement cookies, and only if you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set and the site works normally.

To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser — the notice will appear again on your next visit.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The current version, with its effective date at the top, will always be published on this page.
