We are the construction company of FX Minas Group. We run open-pit mine operations, large-volume soil and rock excavation, surface and deep drainage, minor drainage structures, paving of accesses and service roads, retaining structures, slopes and dams, plus vegetation clearing and site preparation for mining, railways, hydropower plants and wind and solar farms across the country.
Own fleet, crews trained in-house and geotechnical production control. That is how we hit production targets without giving up the safety of the people operating. We bring together several companies and a large team, with the care that heavy engineering demands for people and land.

Mining and mine operation
From stripping to haulage, we run the mining cycle with our own fleet
We run open-pit mines end to end: stripping, loading and haulage of ore and waste, with operational control, production targets and integrated management of the mining cycle. Our crews work within the client's mine plan, with daily measurement of productivity and fleet availability.
Moving soil and rock at scale is what FX Minas has done since 1991. What changes at the mine is the pace: every hour an excavator sits idle is ore that doesn't reach the plant. That's why we work with our own fleet, our own maintenance and our own crews: three fronts that don't depend on third parties to get back to producing.

Our own equipment, ready to mobilize
An own fleet means predictability. We control maintenance, availability and the pace of the job, and we don't depend on rentals to hit a production target. We have production and support equipment, with workshops, lubrication convoys and maintenance crews following the operation inside the work front.

So safety here is not a department that audits afterwards: it goes into the planning of every front, the training of every operator and the routine of every shift. These are people who need to get home at the end of the day, and that is the one production target that is never negotiated.
